Why Sex Ed? 'Cause our kids need to know!
Most parents agree that sex ed is important and that it is being taught at your child's school. Do you know what topics are being taught?Do you know if it is being taught in ways that frame sexuality as a normal, healthy part of being a human?
We encourage you to check out this FoSE project that encourages parents to be actively involved in their student's comprehensive sex ed. This information is from the Future of Sex Education partners and is called Why Sex Ed? There is a toolkit and some social media videos to help parents ask their schools what sex ed is being provided, voicing their support for comprehensive sex ed and sharing with other parents why this topic is so important.
We recommend parents check it out by clicking here.
